Love comes in many forms
Almost a year ago life changed us all without looking for it or wanting it, but this has led us to overcome unimaginable situations, from which we have come out and from which we continue to emerge. Situations that help us to transmute and flow from our inner strength.
Watch. To accept. Throw. Transform.
This reflection leads us directly to stop for a second, breathe and look back, see what our life was like before and live in the now. We can safely say that we appreciate moments, places and experiences, without looking at the clock hand. We have learned to value, and to recognize that the most important of everything we have at home, always, at every moment and in every place. We. We understood the importance of vibrating in self-love, but can you recognize it?
Self-love is understanding that society is not the one who dictates what is “right” or “wrong”, it is going further and knowing that each of us is enough, that at the end of the day we can embrace our lights and our shadows. It is being focused on our values and purposes, and knowing that we can fulfill them.
It is the ability we have to appreciate our achievements and who we are; personal acceptance being aware of our strengths and weaknesses, but always from a friendly perspective. Without judging us. This is essential since the narrative we have with ourselves is what will determine everything we project outward.
Do not be afraid to prioritize yourself, to dedicate the time you deserve, since self-love is not selfishness, it is a health exercise for your own physical, emotional and mental balance. That is why this February 14, Valentine’s Day, we want to remind you not to compare yourself, and embrace your essence.
You are magic, you are unique and nobody is lucky enough to be YOU, that is your greatest treasure.
Happy Valentine’s to all of our #lovewarriors.
